Food items are excempted from refund. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. The request for a refund must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as perishable items like food, flowers, and newspapers.
How to Return Your Product

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the product.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you via email about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@route2cravings.com.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain types of items cannot be refunded, including perishable goods (like food or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Sale items are also non-refundable.
